November 12, 2020Great choice. Came 12 months a go when my son broke his elbow. Staff very helpful and found in 2 minutes the pokamon picachu costume I wanted. No thrills transactions and staff offered late return delivery 3 days later. Fast forward 12 months later sons 9th birthday luckely he didn't break any limbs this time. I return to hire iron Man costume. Staff helpful as always. Highly recommend This place to hire costumes

HIGHLY RECOMMEND If you’re looking for costumes look no further! Creative costumes saved the day when I made a last minute purchase after my order was cancelled by light in the box! Dale from Creative Costumes fast tracked my order and made sure my daughter’s costume was delivered in time for Halloween, their costume was exactly the same as light in the box but a fraction of the cost! I couldn’t recommend Creative Costumes more! THE BEST COSTUME CONSUMER THERE IS! Thank you Creative Costumes! I have you to thank for putting the smile back on my daughter’s face!

October 10, 2018When someone calls and asks to put a costume on hold you should really specify that it’s for rent and not for sale. The costume I wanted was apparently the “only one” which was just not true, there was another, worse one, for sale and I only assume there was pressure to get the rental ones sold as that’s more money for the business. And don’t wait to mention that it’s only for rent when the customer is at the cashier ready to pay. Could’ve saved everybody some valuable time.
