SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are dispatched the same business day when placed before 1pm Melbourne time. Our warehouse dispatches orders on VIC business days only.
You can track your order with the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once you receive your tracking number by email you can track your order with Australia Post here.
Larger orders with many items (over $500) may require additional processing time.

PLEASE NOTE
Delivery times are as stipulated under the recommendations of Australia Posts guidelines. Thankfully it is an extremely rare occurrence however, any delays in deliveries experienced due to incidents affecting Australia Posts processing procedures are out of our control. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds on postage charges in relation to the above. If Australia Post’s service does not deliver your parcel within their guaranteed time frame, and your order is no longer required, you may return items to us for a refund of the individual product costs, as per the conditions of our Returns Policy.

LOCAL PICKUP
All orders placed before 1.00 pm Melbourne time, may be collected the same day from our warehouse in Oakleigh. Click and collect orders will be sent a text to notify you when they are ready to collect. Usually within 2 hours of ordering.
