My daughter at the last minute decided to do halloween as a black plague doctor, creative costumes seemed to be the only place with a mask currently available but they were on the other side of town, but Jade was so helpful & organised a same day courier to get the mask to me. Customer Service that goes above an beyond & great quality products, would definitely recommend to everyone I know!!! Thank you so much for your help

I normally wouldn't leave a google review like this however I believe the treatment my friend had at this store was beyond unprofessional. She called up and spoke to a woman and she booked in the costume hire and paid for it and everything. A few days after this she got a call saying her costume had been DOUBLE BOOKED. Apparently the costume was already booked but the other lady didn't notice or wasn't trained properly to deal with this sort of thing. This is completely ridiculous- it's not that hard to do your job and see if a costume has already been booked, my friend was looking forward to having the costume AND had to save up to make the hire purchase and it was all just a massive waste of time. You should train your staff properly because this is a terrible reflection on the company. I'm sure there are other hard working staff at the store however this woman was clearly lazy enough to not double check the booking and unprofessional to follow through with it. Please ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else- my friend and I are never putting our money towards this company again.
