October 10, 2017I normally wouldn't leave a google review like this however I believe the treatment my friend had at this store was beyond unprofessional. She called up and spoke to a woman and she booked in the costume hire and paid for it and everything. A few days after this she got a call saying her costume had been DOUBLE BOOKED. Apparently the costume was already booked but the other lady didn't notice or wasn't trained properly to deal with this sort of thing. This is completely ridiculous- it's not that hard to do your job and see if a costume has already been booked, my friend was looking forward to having the costume AND had to save up to make the hire purchase and it was all just a massive waste of time. You should train your staff properly because this is a terrible reflection on the company. I'm sure there are other hard working staff at the store however this woman was clearly lazy enough to not double check the booking and unprofessional to follow through with it. Please ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else- my friend and I are never putting our money towards this company again.

November 12, 2019What a FANTASTIC experience. I've been before for myself and was equally pleased. Today I took a young actor in to choose an outfit for Halloween in the TOORAK VILLAGE. The Girls were so helpful, we ended up buying the costume. The range of costumes is ENORMOUS, if you can't find what you want here then it hasn't been made yet. It always makes for a great shopping experience when the staff are so HAPPY, And a clear knowledge of their products and VERY PATIENT.

So this is a really fun place. Loads of costumes with some really top quality pieces rather than just the cheap packet costumes that you need to purchase. The staff were brilliant too when helping fit me out.
