Awesome double combo, Glow in the dark nail polish and lipstick made by Rubies. This nail polish fluoresces bright green under blacklight and glows in the dark. May be worn alone or on top of colored polish. The lipstick really glows in the dark, it applies clear and gives your lips a glossy plump look when applied. Turn off the lights and unleash the glow! Nobody would suspect that your beautiful glossy lip explodes with a luminescent glow when the lights are turned off!
To wear alone; apply a base coat of clear polish to nails. Apply a coat of Glow in the Dark polish to nails. Let dry and apply a second coat. Dries quickly to a hi-gloss finish.
To wear with polish; apply nail color to nails and let dry. Apply glow in the Dark on top of dried polish.
To Glow; expose nails to a black light bulb for a minute or two. The longer exposed to black light the longer and brighter they will glow. The glow effect fades but can be renewed over and over again.
Glow in the Dark Lipstick glows bright with minimum exposure to black light and will glow in the dark for up to an hour without being exposed to light again.
